Coursera is one of my favorites, simply because I love Computer Science, and the classes offered at Coursera are top notch. Classes last typically 4-12 weeks and as an added bonus they come from great schools like Princeton and Stanford!
MIT offers… 1800 courses online! Wow! You can't complain when taking classes from one of the best schools on the Planet!
Notre Dame has an extensive collection of open courses absolutely FREE!
UC Irvine offers up free courses, specifically technology classes.
