Hello! Welcome to my blog. My name is Mary, and around here people refer to me as a "Frugal Girl".  I am 26 and live on the west coast of lovely (not always) Florida. The Bradenton/Sarasota to be more exact. I used to live in North West Georgia, but have recently moved back home to Florida.. I love photography, writing, music of all kinds, and traveling (I've lived in Europe and have been almost everywhere in the USA). I love to shop, enjoying eating out, movies, concerts, and board games. I enjoy cooking, and love to try out new recipes & experiment in the kitchen. I often post recipes here on my blog for you all to enjoy as well!

I would say that I have always been a frugal person, but it wasn't until about 6 months ago that I actually started really trying to save money & clip coupons. I started where everyone else starts – searching for deals online, printing & clipping coupons and experimenting MANY ways of organizing the coupons I got. After learning so much about coupons and different ways to live more frugal, I decided to write about it. That Frugal Girl was created to share with people how they to can save so much money on every day things; groceries, shopping, gas, travel, and more! 

I have 2 dogs that I love dearly, Chloe a Sheltland SheepDog (Sheltie) and Nissan a Black Lab/Jack Russel Mix! Check out their pictures below! Chloe is 7 and Nissan is 1 1/2!
